Hi I’m Katie! I teach functional fitness classes that incorporate strength, cardio and mobility. I aim to create workouts that are fun, effective, and challenging yet accessible. I hope my classes will lift you UP, make you sweat, feel good and fly by!
My online workouts blend movement styles; fusing strength training, yoga asana/mobility work, cardio, and plyometrics (jumping!). You’ll find a variety of styles/formats (flow, strength, cardio, circuit, yoga sculpt,etc), as well as class lengths with workouts that range from 15 minutes to a full hour.
